Meet Terrah

Terrah has lived in Herriman with her husband, Kevin, and four children for 17 years.

Terrah holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and a master's of public administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management. She currently works for the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, and focuses on organizational and long-range strategic planning.

Terrah is passionate about building community, community service, and community engagement. She volunteers regularly with local organizations. She appreciates the opportunities Herriman has for citizens to be involved and build relationships, such as the Herriman Youth Council, community garden, and city events.

Terrah served on the Planning Commission for the last two years. While on the commission, she loved learning and understanding more about city planning processes and issues.

In May 2025, Terrah applied and was appointed to the City Council to represent District 4 after the previous councilmember moved out of the area. While on the City Council, Terrah hopes to encourage residents to become informed and engaged in city government, plan for future issues to create future options, and prioritize fiscal responsibility and collaboration.
